Knowledge is power
I recently read a study in which 78 percent of respondents said they wanted to eat healthier. They also said that the biggest obstacle to following through on that goal was knowing where to start.

Expand your knowledge and interact online! At Delicious Living, our mission is to provide current, research-supported insight that enables you to make decisions that support health — both yours and the planet's. That's why every issue has information about how you can benefit from wholesome goods found in local natural products stores. And I'm happy to announce that you can now find all of our articles on the newly designed and relaunched Delicious Living website, www.deliciouslivingmag.com. (If I do say so myself, it's fantastic!)
Online you'll see our current issue, as well as archived stories. Plus, we've added new sections, such as Green Living and Web Exclusives, which features recipes and research not published in the magazine. We've also made our new site extremely easy to navigate. For example, under Health, you can search by condition — from ADHD to prostate health — or by category, such as Kids, Nutrition, even Pets. The Food link contains more than 1,200 recipes that are searchable by ingredient or category, making it easy for you to plan your next healthy meal. Or click on Blogs to find out what's on our editors' minds and to share your comments.
Speaking of what's on our minds, for this issue, Laura Dern (“Laura Dern's New Deal,” page 36) told us what keeps her up at night. The actress and mother of two talks candidly about the challenges of making natural choices at home and how to raise children in a nontoxic environment.
It's relevant topics like these that we want our readers talking about. In fact, we've created a community space on our website for you to pose questions and find answers (click on Forums). And we hope you'll help us educate others by passing along the magazine to friends, family, or colleagues; e-mailing them a link to the website; or, better yet, encouraging them to sign up for our weekly e-newsletter. Then, keep telling us what you want to know. Let's make our collective knowledge work for everyone's health.
