Homeopathic help for colds & flu

Whether you have just the sniffles or a full-blown case of the flu, homeopathic remedies can ease what ails you. Instead of the one-size-fits-all principles common to over-the-counter cold and flu medicines, homeopathic remedies, such as our examples below, are based on a set of specific symptoms. These treatments help stimulate the body’s natural defenses by re-establishing a normal immune system. To shorten the course of illness, pick the remedy that most closely matches your symptoms, and then follow label directions for the appropriate dose.
