Breakfast doesn't get any easier than this. Encourage kids to make their own shakes -- a great way to introduce them to basic cooking skills (and tofu).

Prep Time: 5 minutes


1 10 1/2-ounce box silken tofu
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey or rice syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 cup ice cubes

1. Purée all ingredients in a blender until creamy smooth.
