Smoked Salmon Roll-ups Makes 4 roll-ups / These sweet and smoky roll-ups are a perfect alternative to tuna salad and they take almost no time to prepare. Salmon is a cold-water fish that packs a wealth of heart-healthy nutrients and protective fatty acids. Broccoli sprouts have recently proven more cancer protective than the mature vegetable. You may substitute pesto for the chutney.

Prep Time: 5 minutes


4 whole-wheat flour tortillas
3/4 cup spreadable organic cream cheese
1 16-ounce package smoked salmon
3/4 cup fruit chutney
2 cups broccoli sprouts

1. Spread each tortilla with 3 tablespoons cream cheese. Layer with smoked salmon and top with chutney and sprouts. Roll up in a spiral and wrap tightly.
