Banana Almond Smoothie


Serves 1 / Add this calcium-rich smoothie to your daily diet to help build stronger bones.

1 cup organic low-fat milk or enriched soy milk
2 tablespoons organic low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1-2 tablespoons whey protein
1/2-1 frozen banana

1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée to desired consistency.
