do with the body's leftover nutrients, even though it has nutrient
needs of its own. Here's an array of extras to treat problems and
give your skin a boost:

- ACNE: Zinc, vitamins A and B6,
acidophilus, essential fatty acids, chromium, a sugar-free
diet
- DRY SKIN: Vitamins A and E,
essential fatty acids
- LARGE PORES: Vitamins A and
B
- OILY SKIN: B-complex vitamins,
particularly B6
- PALENESS: Iron, folic acid,
vitamin B
- WRINKLES: Protein from meat, poultry, fish and legumes; vitamin A
