Rosemary For A Bone-Warming Bath
A rosemary bath is "warming to the bone," according to herb expert Martha Libster, R.N., B.S.N. You can purchase a prepared rosemary bath oil in natural products stores, or you can make your own concoction. Add a handful of whole, dried uncrushed rosemary leaves to two cups hot water. Steep until it becomes a thick brown tea and pour into your bathwater. Then slip into the tub, relax and soak in the experience.
