Chipotle Marinade

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chile in adobo
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
